How will it be conducted?

This workshop will take place over two consecutive afternoons and will be led by your facilitators via web conference. To enable sufficient time to address participant questions, this workshop is limited to 20 participants. After the workshop is complete, the facilitators will schedule a private 2-hour consultation with each company that sends participants to the workshop. This will allow facilitators to address additional questions or specific scenarios.
