Having been a sales operations leader and practitioner myself, it’s exciting to be a part of the SOPSA community as a research contributor. In sales operations, we all have a lot on our plate and I know first-hand how reassuring it can be to just hear others share similar challenges and how they managed through it. Thanks to Kevin for pulling this community together!

As a Research Director with CSO Insights, focused on sales operations and sales technology, I am grateful to be  in a role that allows me to give back to the sales operations community – all of you!  Our team also provides best practices around sales performance, sales talent and sales enablement. Through our research as well as weekly blogs on sales operations and sales technology, I hope to share not only best practices but also provide reassurance that you are not alone and that you are on the right track.

And I’m very excited to share that we just recently launched our Annual Sales Operations & Technology Study survey!
