Each week learners can expect to spend four to six hours working independently (engaging with the online content and Strategic Sales Operations Playbook). In addition, learners will meet once a week for one to two hours in a live, group session. These live sessions are optional but highly recommended.
No, this is a not-for-credit-course.
As this is a not-for-credit course, it is not eligible for financial aid. However, many employers offer reimbursement for continuing education so check with your Human Resources department to determine your eligibility.
We don’t have an attendance policy for this course, but certificates of completion are awarded to those learners who have successfully completed the course with a passing grade. If attendance is required for employer reimbursement, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to receive a certificate of completion, learners must achieve 70% or better on each module assessment, complete 100% of online coursework, submit a completed Strategic Sales Operations Playbook, and pass the identified credentials (14 Salesforce Trailhead Badges).
Learners have two weeks from the start date of the course to drop and receive a full refund.
